Entrants 03–64

    Seeding

Drawn once, as in the preview, and saved with the bracket: the printout, play and Big Screen all use the same games.

No account. Links last a year.

    How to make a bracket

    1. List your entrants

Type them one by one or paste a whole list: 3 to 64 entrants. Add a picture to any of them with a link or an upload.

    2. Seed it, or let it draw

Keep a random draw, or put the list in order so seed 1 meets the lowest seed. Byes go to the top seeds automatically. The draw is saved with the bracket.

    3. Save, play and share

Save to get a link. Play it head-to-head, put it on the big screen for a room or a stream, print it, or send it to friends.

    Bracket maker FAQ

    Is the bracket maker free?

Yes. There is no account, no sign-up and no limit on how many brackets you make. Saved links last a year.

How many entrants can a bracket have?

From 3 to 64. When the number is not a power of two (say 12 or 24), the top seeds get first-round byes so the rest of the bracket is even. Brackets of 3 to 7 are played as a quick head-to-head sort.

    Can I add pictures?

Yes. Paste an https image link next to a name, or upload a picture; it is shrunk and saved with the bracket so everyone who opens the link sees it.

    How does seeding work?

Random draw shuffles your list once, when you save, and keeps that draw. In this order treats your list as the seeding: 1 plays the lowest seed, 2 the second lowest and so on, so the top two can only meet in the final. Byes go to the top seeds. Either way the printout, play and the Big Screen all show the same games; New draw on the bracket's page makes a fresh draw with its own link.

    Can I print my bracket?

Yes. Every saved bracket has a print view that fits one landscape page, and there are blank printable brackets for every size from 4 to 64.

Can a class or a stream vote on it?

Yes. Open it on the Big Screen for a TV, projector or stream: the room votes with a show of hands while the host picks winners from a second tab, window or the keyboard (phone remote coming soon), or Twitch chat votes. The Big Screen uses the same draw as the printout, so handouts match the projector.

    Is this for sports tournaments?

It works for any single-elimination bracket, but it is built for ranking things: favourite movies, snacks, songs, class debates. For scores and schedules, print a blank bracket and fill it in.
